DAVID GORELL – Managing Director

David has been involved in sales since the early 70′s, when he started in the cabinetmaking industry, then moved into health products, before settling in Melbourne in 1988, where he ran a very successful insurance brokerage. He trained over 1,000 insurance agents spanning three years and was awarded Master Agent of the year in 1990 after out performing all other groups in Australia.

David established Bluejet in 1992 and undertook the work himself for many years, before developing Bluejet into a franchise system. David has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and continues to develop products that are market leaders. In 2008 David released ‘Topit Flexible’, the first flexible topping for concrete with all the strength of conventional cementious products and more.

JOAN GORELL – Administration Manager

Joan and David have been happily married for many years and Joan has combined raising three boys with running businesses with David in the insurance field and now for almost 20 years with Bluejet. Joan is a highly qualified professional administrator, has developed the administration systems for Bluejet and runs Bluejet’s accounts with efficiency and simplicity.

Joan is in charge of training new franchisees in business administration and computer systems. She worked in the field along side David in the early years of Bluejet and has a wealth of knowledge to share with franchisees and clients. Joan also spent many years as a District Scout Leader, in a training capacity and is highly qualified to train franchisees with confidence.

CRAIG RUSSELL – Manager

Craig joined Bluejet in early 2011 and has a lengthy history in administrative and management roles in government, large and small companies and with franchise businesses in Sydney and on the Gold Coast. Craig is responsible for the day to day running of the business; including client service, marketing, franchisee support and recruitment, contract matters, external liaison and business improvement and development.
